CuriousKidz, a bold EdTech startup founded by Mr. Bola and Niyi in the U.S., set out to reinvent how teenagers in schools learn—through an immersive, gamified video learning platform. With traditional classroom systems losing momentum, CuriousKidz was designed to be the spark of engagement the education system desperately needed.

But great vision doesn’t always start with great execution. Bootstrapping like most early-stage founders, they hired an underdeveloped freelancer who built the application on WordPress—a no-code choice that proved costly.

In their words: “We burned time and money, and we were still left with a product we couldn’t even show.”

The Rescue

Referred to Scylla through a mutual contact, the founders shared their full backstory. We listened. We understood. We knew the core issue wasn’t the idea—it was the approach.

So, we flipped the entire model.

Scylla’s Solution

We architected a real product roadmap—one rooted in scalability and built for adoption from it's logo branding, brand guidelines, product documentation, full application Ui/Ux design then the software development.

Despite the real development cost of $12,000, we charged only $4,000, taking a $8,000 cut to invest in the mission. Because that’s what Scylla does: furnish world-changing ideas with world-class execution.
